We tried to not click the “refresh” button, we can still open cookbook, funtion and sell items. But everything will come back as you start game next time. Tried Google, IE and Firefox, all get the same message: “connection error“. It is weird that another cafe world account works well under the same computer, browser and IP.
Can Zynga Customer Support solve your “connect error”?
They sucks. We sent about 10 tickets to them and get the same reply:
Hello XXX,
Thanks for contacting Zynga.
We have evaluated your issue and are escalating this to our Tier 2 group. They will be able to investigate your issue further. You should expect to hear back from them soon.
Remember, we can better help you when you help us by using our support site at www.zynga.com/support. Using the “contact” button at the bottom of the Facebook page or other email addresses will significantly increase our response time.

Where is “Tier 2 group”? We expect to hear back from them soon! But 5 days later, nothing happens; 10 days later, still the same; 1 month later, the ticket status just like before – Escalated. The biggest 2010 wish – We can play cafe world again!
